Frequently asked questions
How do I find my true Star Sign?
Open the StarSigns app and enter your birth date. The app calculates the sign the Sun actually occupied on your birthday using astronomical data, including the 13th sign Ophiuchus.
Why do I see Ophiuchus?
Ophiuchus is the 13th constellation the Sun passes through on its annual path. StarSigns includes it so you can explore the full sky, not just the traditional 12-sign system.
Is my daily horoscope personalized?
Yes. The daily horoscope is tailored to the sign you select or that is calculated from your birth date.
Troubleshooting
- App won't open: force-close the app and restart your device. Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store.
- Horoscope not loading: check your internet connection and try again. Horoscopes require a network connection to update.
- Notifications not working: ensure notifications are enabled in your device Settings under StarSigns.
- I receive my same star sign as result: not all star signs necessarily changed; there are a few exceptions that keep their original ones.
